Access guidance
- We have many seats available through out the location, with market stall holders also providing seating for those that need it. There is no need for any long queuing at the Festival.
- The majority of the site is wheelchair friendly, with the exception of the woodland walks, which are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. All of the marquee's hosting workshops are disabled friendly and can accommodate wheelchair patrons
- There is plenty of seating throughout the venue, so no long distances between areas.
- There are a number of toilets across the venue area, with easy access.
- Dogs on leads are very welcome at the Festival, and there are many watering holes around the venue for them
- If you require a carer or essential companion, then you would need to send an image of your access card to coven_of_gaia@hotmail.com and a complimentary carer ticket will be added for you.
- The majority of our activities are more vocal than written down, so recordings can be done if required to go through information given as long as the person running the workshop is aware of this
- For the opening and closing ceremony of the festival we do have a sign language interpreter. If you need extra support then please email us to see what we can do to assist.
