Access guidance
- Our indoor buildings are accessible and we have an accessible toilet in the main building. Outside the paths around the meerkats are accessible, but the geocell root protection system which is used to protect the trees in the arboretum is packed with gravel, so this path can be a bit hardgoing in some places. There is also one set of pavement lips that cannot be removed due to their proximity to our Hungarian oaks - these are fairly shallow but might be difficult if people are using manual wheelchairs.
- There is an accessible toilet in the main building.
- If you wish to bring a service dog into the park, please contact us before your visit - for the welfare of our animals we will make decisions on a case by case basis.
