Access guidance
- We welcome visits by disabled people and will do all that is possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable stay. However, certain rides/attractions can be physically demanding and vigorous. Adventure Coast Southport therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides/attractions should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. We have been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. We hope that you understand and accept the decisions made in the interest of your safety.
- The park grounds are flat and it is easy to navigate a wheelchair around the paths. The vast majority of our rides are suitable for everyone, although on some it is advisable that anyone with limited mobility be accompanied.
- All of our toilet blocks have disabled facilities.
- If you are a disabled guest who requires a carer to accompany you on the rides, you can purchase a disabled guest with carer wristband package. This wristbands package can only be purchased online in advance via our website. Please ensure that you bring one item of relevant paperwork listed below (electronic copies/digital images are accepted), along with a valid form of photographic ID or utility bill for the person named within the document, or the person to who the document is addressed in the case of the letter being to the parent/guardian. Without this we will not be able to redeem your purchase or permit access to the park.
