"We are keen to welcome our performers and visitors who have additional needs. We understand that not all disabilities are visible and are currently taking steps to ensure that our event us as inclusive as it can be. Adults with an access card (or any other formal, suitable proof of their needs) are welcome to contact us for a free wristband for their PA, Carer or essential companion as long as their companion is working in that capacity during the hours of the event. We also have a designated safe area and accessible facilities in most of the event stages."

Access guidance
- By prior arrangement, those who have (proven) difficulty with queues can contact us to arrange to collect their tickets from the rendezvous area.
- With the small exception of restrictions imposed by listed buildings or conservation areas, our event us very accessible to wheelchairs.
- Our event is spread across the immediate distance of Bury town centre. We have 4 outdoor stages and 16 indoor stage venues. All stages are within short walks of each other and there are plenty of public benches for those who may need to rest on the way.
- All indoor venues have their own toilets including disabled facilities and there are outdoor toilets available too.
- Assistance Dogs are welcome.
- Access Cards with '+1' symbol accepted as proof for a free essential companion ticket.
