Hay Farm Heavy Horse Centre
Overview
Hay Farm is the only Rare Breed Approved centre in the country dedicated to the heavy horse. Visitors are able to come up close to these majestic animals by visiting them either in the indoor stables or the surrounding fields. Not only will you see the horses but you can also view a large collection of horse drawn machinery and other memorabilia. The centre also has another very special resident, one of the UK's rarest pigs, the British Lop. Fleur, Letty and Dominic are always happy to greet visitors. There is a self service cafe which sells scrumptious homemade food along with a gift shop. The centre is suitable for disabled and the family pet is very welcome. Entry £5 per adult and children are free.

- Never let a disability stop you from coming to the centre. We will do our utmost to help you enjoy your visit. The majority of the areas are wheelchair accessible, but if you do have any difficulties we will sort them out.
- These horses are extremely gentle and we have found in the past that children with a fear of horses or a disability do benefit from meeting them.
