Access guidance
- Show your Hāpai Card / Lanyard and we will Bring you to the front of the queue. There is plenty of space in our showroom where you can stand, lean or sit and be away from the pressure of queues, and in reality we don't have more than 5-6 people in the area at any one time.
- We have accessible parking adjacent to a slight ramp to a large slider door. Once inside there is ample room to move around, and access to an accessible toilet is through an opening wide door.
- Our accessible park is only 3m from the main door and from the door to the showroom counter is only 8m.

- We welcome disability assistance dogs to accompany their owner into our shop, dogs that are not trained as disability assistance dogs are not permitted in the shop. This is to prevent interference with disability assistance dogs, If your dog is thirsty please let us know and we would be more than happy to provide a bowl of water. Our staff will let you know the most appropriate place for the dog to go to the toilet.

- Through the staff's training with the Hāpai Access Card, they are aware of how they can modify and how they communicate with you. Also how they can assist you if you are blind and low vision, this includes discussing prices with you or guiding you to a table or toilet and around the building.
- Through the training that the staff have done with the Hāpai Access Card, they are aware of how they can modify how they communicate with you. This includes making sure you can see their face when speaking, speaking clearly, use of pen and paper and being patient. The staff are aware of the NZ Relay service, so please use this if you think it appropriate when ringing if needed.
- Through the staff's training they are generally aware of hidden disabilities, please speak to them about how they can assist in making your time with us extraordinary.
