- At Auditorium shows listed as "standing", we are able to reserve wheelchair spaces and seating in a roped-off area on our raised mezzanine. The balcony is only accessible via a wide staircase comprised of around 20 steps, with handrails on both sides. Balcony seating is tiered, and laid out in fixed rows of theatre-style, fold-down seats.
- There is ramped, step-free access to the entrance, ticket desk, foyer, venue bar and main seating area, including handrails in the main Auditorium. The bars have low level access for wheelchair users. At Auditorium shows listed as "standing", we are able to reserve wheelchair spaces and seating in a roped-off area on our raised mezzanine. We advise wheelchair users to book in advance in order that we can reserve a suitable seating area for the party. Customers with disabilities of any kind are advised to contact us in advance via email or phone, in order that we can reserve appropriate seating for the party. While seating at the majority of our shows is listed as unreserved, we will always do our utmost to reserve appropriate seating to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
