Access guidance
- Madame Tussauds London is accessible to all guests in a wheelchair. Due to the nature of our building, a trained member of our team will be on hand to guide you to each of the floors via our on-site lifts. For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time; guests must therefore pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours in advance of their visit if there is a wheelchair user in their group. For more information, please visit our website. We have three wheelchairs available on site, these are limited and subject to availability. To hire one, please speak to a member of the on-site team on the day of your visit.
- Although we don't have disabled parking attributed to Madame Tussauds London, there are a number bays that can be used by those carrying blue badges on the streets surrounding the attraction, as well as several car parks which are a short distance away.
- We have several disabled toilets available, just speak to any member of staff in the attraction who will help direct you to the nearest one or advise you in which parts of the building they are.
- We allow guide dogs, seeing eye dogs and hearing dogs into the attraction.
