- All passengers must, for safety reasons, be able to board with their own help or with the assistance of relatives. We recommend guests with walking difficulties to start the tour at Holmens Kirke, where the stairs are wider and the railing very stable. Welcome on board.
- For safety reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to bring wheelchairs on board the boat.
- There is no toilet on board our boats
- It is entirely up to the boat operator to decide whether it is safe to have dogs on board the boat. The boat operator has the right to refuse dogs at any time.
