- Please show your Hapai card and you will be priotised and shown to a table straight away. The host can offer you a menu to pick food from and bring the buffet food to your table, rather than you standing in the queue.
- The Market Kitchen is fully accessible for wheelchair use. There is a lift in the lobby. Staff will make you comfortable by removing chairs from around the table.
- Please show us the Hapai card and we will seat you close to all amenities. Staff will happily bring you a menu so you can order from the table.
- The staff will seat you near to our facilities. Please ask us for any additional help you need.
- We will seat you in an area that has ample space around the table for your dog to be comfortable. A water bowl will be made available. Staff can let you know the best place for toileting your dog and provide a bag if necessary.
- Staff will make sure that your support person is well looked after, whether they would like to purchase a meal or not.
