- If you have this icon wave your card at us, and we will take you to the nearest table. We will come and serve you when we are able to.
- Our building has level access throughout, the nearest accessible parking is located around 100m away at the Lichfield St Car Park - Plymouth Street exit.. The store entry is automatic and fully accessible on the ground floor. Please note that there is seating available upstairs accessible via a staircase - no lift available. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
- Our building is on two floors with access to the 1st floor via a staircase. The shop is not big, but there is plenty of seating throughout and outside seats and table that you are welcome to use. Accessible parking is located at the Lichfield St Car Park which is about 100m away (Plymouth St entry).
- We have one accessible toilet on the first floor. If you present this icon to us we will ensure you are next to use the toilet in a discrete way. There are also toilets at Lichfield Street Car Park about 100m away and the Terrace car park.
- We comply with the NZ law with respect to Disability Assistance Dogs. The staff will offer you water for your dog and will indicate the nearest place for the dog to relieve itself, our shop is dog friendly.
- We do not require payment to enter so your companion is more than welcome, whether they want to purchase something or not.
- Through the staff's training with the Hāpai Access Card, they are aware of how they can modify how they communicate with you and how they can assist you. If you are blind or have low vision, this includes discussing desserts, drinks, menus, and prices with you. They can also help guide you to a table, the toilet, or around the building.
