Access guidance
- We have a booking system, which significantly minimises the need for prolonged standing, if there is a wait required, we have seating available.
- We have a permanent wheelchair cutting station with chair-height mirror and shelf for belongings/drink. In addition we have an extra large cape/chair cover to protect wheelchairs from getting annoying hairs in nooks and crannies. The entrance is street-level, so fully accessible from the street. Unfortunately our toilet is currently located downstairs, however we will recommend nearby businesses that can accommodate you.
- You can be dropped off directly outside the shop, limited waiting is an option too.
- We do not have urgent toilet facilities within the premises, unfortunately.
- Assistance dogs are welcome, with a water bowl available. There are quiet street areas for toileting. The owner's dog is sometimes in residence too.
- Essential companions will be welcomed always.
- We are one to one with all clients and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure good communication.
- We have no other method of communication other than caring staff who have patience and consideration.
