Overview
Tokyo Disneyland is a 115-acre theme park at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, near Tokyo. Its main gate is directly adjacent to both Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland Station. It was the first Disney park to be built outside the United States and it opened on April 15, 1983.

Access guidance
- This monorail system is convenient for getting around the Resort. There are four stations on the Disney Resort Line. For details such as fares and timetables, please read 「Disney Resort Line」or contact a Cast Member of Disney Resort Line.
- Guests may remain in their wheelchair and enjoy the show at a designated space for the following attractions. The Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents "Aloha E Komo Mai!" Country Bear Theater Mickey's PhilharMagic Stitch Encounter Turtle Talk Broadway Music Theatre The Magic Lamp Theater Mermaid Lagoon Theater Note: Cast Member will conduct Guests to the designated space.
- Restrooms with regular sinks as well as faucets for use by ostomates are available.
- Mobility Service Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Guide Dogs under the Law Concerning Assistance Dogs for the Disabled are allowed in most Park facilities, including attractions. Guests must bring their official Assistance Dog identification document and their dog must wear the proper identifications as required by Japanese law. Before experiencing an attraction, please be sure to contact a Cast Member. Please note that you may not leave your Assistance Dog with the Cast Members. To experience an attraction that cannot accommodate Assistance Dogs, please have a member of your party wait with your dog outside of the attraction.
- For safety reasons, Guests with visual, mental, intellectual, or developmental disabilities, and those with mobility disabilities who need transport assistance must be accompanied by an able-bodied member of their party.
- Stationary maps detailing the layout of all Park facilities through tactile information are available at Tokyo Disney Resort. Stationary maps with audio (in Japanese only) are available at Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea. Stationary maps are also available in front of the Information Board at both Parks. There is also a tactile map in front of Tom Sawyer Island Rafts at Tokyo Disneyland. These maps are positioned for use by Guests in wheelchairs.
