Access guidance
- We have a number of waiting areas downstairs in our building and can offer people sitting.
- We have a full platform lift for anyone wanting to go to the first or second floor of our building
- Short distances within the building.
- We have a full wheelchair accessible toilet fitting within the centre which also has an alarm bell fitted
- There is a green area within a five minute walk for assistance dogs, we also have dog bowls for water and have dog treats in the building at all times.
- Carers / essential companions are more than welcome to attend with an individual to help / support them.
- We have braille, large print and screen readers available for individuals wanting visual information in a different format, we also have a innovations officer who can show people how to use the equipment.
- We have a loop system fitted in the areas where social / support groups are held.
