Access guidance
- Seating of various heights is widely available across the venue in spectating and non-spectating areas with no access or cost restrictions. We process customers very quickly but if you have any concerns queueing, please raise to door staff so we can fast track your access.
- Unfortunately, this is a 1st floor venue without lift access. We have members of our team who are experienced in working with partially sighted and fully blind individuals to help you navigate the venue in a comfortable and safe manner. For those able to use crutches or the support of a companion, we will allow an 'essential companion' free admission. When you have booked your paying ticket, please e-mail us with your name, access card number and the name of your companion.
- Our venue is compact and all areas from stage, bar, and toilets are within 50 metres.
- Our toilet facilities are plentiful and very rarely require queueing, however if you require the comfort of priority, please advise our door team on arrival and we will ensure this happens.
- Due to the nature of our venue and with music being played above 90dB, we regret to inform for the safety and well-being of dogs, we do not admit them on the premises for live music events. We actively welcome our blind customers; we are more than happy to provide support in any manner to navigate the venue and we will allow an 'essential companion' free admission.
