This provider accepts the Access Card as supporting documentation for accessible facilities and tickets. *The information in this listing is submitted by the provider*.

Access guidance
- If you have a disability that means that you can’t queue, please speak to staff on arrival who will prioritise you on entry. We offer access to our Foyer area prior to main doors, so you can rest before the event officially starts. This does not mean that you will get early access to our standing floor or our auditorium. Please speak to staff upon arrival if you have any questions regarding our search and screening process. Please speak to staff and be prepared to show them your nimbus card if you wish to skip queues for merchandise and food/drink kiosks. Contact customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk who will be able to assist. If no seats show up on the accessible ticket platform, please use our main ticketing platform.
- We have six level access platforms available online. The platforms are wheelchair accessible but may also be suitable for guests with other access requirements. If you are unsure if these seats will be suitable, please give our team a call on 020 8782 5629.
- Subject to availability, we have an accessible drop-off point for cars for any disabled guests or those who may have difficulty walking long distances from the car parks. This is located on Lakeside Way, next to the venue. When there is an event on at Wembley Stadium, this drop-off location may not be available due to road closures and we recommend booking into parking nearby with https://www.wembleyofficialparking.com/Events.aspx?CustomerId=89 For guidance on the distance from car parks and public transport hubs to the venue, please see our accessibility FAQs here https://www.ovoarena.co.uk/your-visit/accessibility
- Accessible toilets are available on both our North and South concourses. They’re centrally located in the middle of each concourse and no more than 40m from wheelchair viewing platforms in the auditorium. There are also accessible toilets located in our Foyer area and in our upper level in our Sky VIP Lounge. If you have a radar key, please bring it, if not speak to our staff. The venue also has a changing places facility which is on the same level as our Foyer area, please speak to staff if you wish to access this facility. Other toilets are located regularly throughout the venue.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in our venue, however they might not always be able to stay in the auditorium, depending on the event format. Contact customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk who will be able to assist.
- Guests can now book online for themselves and their essential companion. If you require an essential companion, you must also book them a ticket (this will be free if you have the +1 symbol). If you need more than two tickets, please call 020 8782 5629.
