Additionally, if you wish to visit us for a scooter demonstration, we provide chairs for customers to sit and relax while they wait, ensuring a comfortable experience during your visit.

- At Betty & Bertie, we welcome assistance dogs and understand how important they are for our customers. If you wish to visit us in person, we are happy to have your assistance dog with you. There is a green space nearby where dogs can be taken for toileting if needed, and we can provide a water bowl to ensure your dog stays hydrated during your visit.
- At Betty & Bertie, anyone is welcome to visit our facilities, whether you're attending alone or with a carer or essential companion. We're happy to assist you during your visit to try a scooter.
