Access guidance
- Due to the nature of our site, we do not offer any queue-skipping facility from our rides, but unlike traditional theme parks we do not have large closed-off queues and it is unlikely you would experience waits as long as you would expect at a large theme park.
- All buildings on the pier are level access. Access via steps is required for the majority of rides.
- There are accessible toilet facilities in the Palace Of Fun, Palm Court Restaurant and the rides area.
- Assistance Dogs are welcome.
- We offer complimentary carer's wristbands for those enjoying the rides on presentation of a valid Access Card.
