One free carer band is provided with proof of carer when a full-paying child, adult, or student entry is purchased. The venue is on the first floor with no lift access; only stairs or a chair lift can be used upon request via staff in the Golden Horseshoe Arcade. Due to the nature of the course, The Putt Hutt is unsuitable for visitors whose mental or physical disabilities prevent them from safely entering the attraction. Access to the upper floor is restricted to visitors physically able to climb the stairs. A stair lift is available for visitors with limited mobility. For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters, or pushchairs cannot be taken onto the course and must be left at the entrance at your own risk.
