One free carer band is provided with proof of carer when a full-paying child, adult, or student entry is purchased. The venue is on the first floor with no lift access; only stairs or a chair lift can be used upon request via staff in the Golden Horseshoe Arcade. Due to the nature of the course, The Putt Hutt is unsuitable for visitors whose mental or physical disabilities prevent them from safely entering the attraction. Access to the upper floor is restricted to visitors physically able to climb the stairs. A stair lift is available for visitors with limited mobility. For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters, or pushchairs cannot be taken onto the course and must be left at the entrance at your own risk. Carers go free when accompanying a full-paying visitor with any of the following documentation: Disability Living Allowance (dated within the last 12 months), Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payments, Access Card, Invalidity Benefit Book, Visual Impairment Registration Card, current Blue Badge, or a letter from a GP/consultant confirming the need for a full-time carer (dated within the last 12 months).

Access guidance
- Guests can book tickets online to reduce standing/queuing time. There is seating available in the 19th Hole Bar where visitors can spectate or rest before or after play. Please note there is no seating available on the course itself. For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters or pushchairs cannot be allowed on the course and must be left at the entrance at your own risk.
- The venue is located on the first floor. There is no lift access. Access is via stairs or a stair lift. Staff are available to provide assistance to with the stair lift if required. The Putt Hutt course is on one level, however guests will need to be able to step up onto each hole in order to play. For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs, electric mobility scooters or pushchairs cannot be allowed on the course and must be left at the entrance at your own risk.
- The distance from the entrance to the course is less than 50 meters, with minimal walking between holes.
- Toilets are available on site, including an accessible toilet located close to the course.
- We welcome assistance dogs in The Putt Hutt. No other animals are permitted. Please be aware that our environment can be busy with crowds, unusual lighting, noises and smells. Please consider whether your assistance dog will be comfortable in these conditions. For safety, assistance dogs: - must be attached to a non-extendable lead at all times whilst inside - Not be left unattended at any time - Avoid restricted areas We recognise guide dogs, hearing dogs, medical alert dogs, allergy detection dogs, mobility assistance dogs, autism awareness dogs and psychiatric assistance dogs. Unfortunately the law does not recognise emotional support dogs as assistance dogs.
- One essential companion/carer can enter free of charge when accompanying a full-paying adult or child. Proof of eligibility is required and can include: disability living allowance book , attendance allowance book, personal independence payments, the access card, invalidity benefit book, visual impairment registration card, current blue badge or a letter from a GP/consultant confirming the need for a full-time carer (dated within the last 12 months).
- Staff are available to provide verbal explanations of printed or visual information on request. Signage is displayed throughout the venue to assist with wayfinding.
- There is no hearing loop system in place, but staff are happy to repeat information or assist if required.
