Access guidance
- Deep Sea World is all wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly with ramps all the way through the aquarium. We as that all wheelchairs and mobility scooters do not go on the moving walkway as this can damage the chairs and the walkway. There is a solid floor all the way round our underwater tunnel which is safer for wheelchairs. Some of our ramps are quite steep when exiting the aquarium. If you need assistance please let one of our staff know and they will assist in helping you get around. We have wheelchair friendly toilet facilities opposite our shark classroom. - Carers are free when they are attending with someone with a disability. One Carer is admitted free with each paying Disabled Guest where required. Proof of requirement of a carer is required by the disabled guest. Accepted forms of eligibility include; Access Card
