Equinox Festival
Overview
Created in 2016 after a bunch of Equibots missed their ride home back to the Marvellous Moonbase. With all this extra time on their hands, they decided to try to create the best party in the Universe (?). Equinox Festival is a non profit community organised festival of music and contemporary arts which takes place over four days in the beautiful Lincolnshire wolds, and, with as many genres of everything as we can squeeze in, we party celebrating the end of summer. www.facebook.com/equinoxfestivaluk

Access guidance
- The event is small so queues are relatively short. Seating is available around site and but these are not guaranteed to be available.
- Very uneven ground. The majority of the grounds are uneven, there are slopes, and a variety of different gradients. Access can be challenging at times, particularly in bad weather conditions. If it rains, it may get muddy and access around the site may become very difficult. We do not offer any internal transport due to the limitations of moving around the site. Anyone wishing to park in Accessible Parking has to notify us in advance so it can be booked in via the website, space is very limited. https://equinoxfestival.org.uk/. The festival is on two levels, the lower level is accessed by an uneven track downhill. Battery charging services are available with accessible camping. Our accessibility team are on hand throughout the event to assist with information or any requirements you may have. Short Distances
- The event is relatively small, with one end of the site being around 700m to the other end. The Accessible Campsite is located very close to the arena entrance.
- Accessible toilets are provided in the Accessible Campsite, and one is located in the upper part of the arena. These can be accessed with NKS Radar keys.
- Assistance dogs are permitted throughout the event site.
- Access Card Holders with +1 Symbol entitled to free essential companion ticket
- Due to the nature of the event there will be flashing lights on all stages and strobe or laser effects may also be used.
