After a sold-out inaugural year at the Royal Highland Centre, this year’s event is taking over the larger South Arena for a night you won’t forget. Think next-level funfair rides, jaw-dropping roaming performers, a brand-new stage with nonstop live music, and a firework finale that’ll blow your mind. Whether you're here for the toasted eats or firey beats, Fawkes Festival promises to be a full-throttle celebration of light, sound, and spectacle from start to finish.

Access guidance
- There will be times when queuing is necessary to enter and enjoy the festival. However, if you have a Nimbus card that identifies you as someone who can’t stand for long periods, you’re welcome to use our accessible ticket entry. This will allow you to avoid long queues and have a more comfortable experience.
- A large portion of the Fawkes Festival site features paved pathways and surfaces, making it accessible for most attendees. However, please be aware that some sections of the festival grounds are located on grassy or uneven terrain. To ensure you can move around comfortably and safely throughout the entire event, we highly recommend bringing a wheelchair that is designed to handle both paved surfaces and grass. This will help you fully enjoy all areas of the festival without any difficulties. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding accessibility, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the festival organisers. We have a raised viewing platform available for guests who require it to better see the main stage and fireworks display. Due to limited capacity, this area is reserved for those who are unable to walk or stand for extended periods of time. Thank you for your understanding.
- Due to the layout of the Fawkes Festival, unfortunately, some long-distance traveling will be required. From the accessible car park to the ticketing area, is about 380 meters along a hard-standing pathway. From the ticketing area to the main event area, it is about 540 meters on a hard pathway. Please ensure you come prepared to travel these distances. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide wheelchairs at this event.
- We have multiple accessible toilets and regular toilets on site. Please refer to the Fawkes Festival map to see their locations around the site. Additionally, you can speak to any staff member during the event, and they will be able to guide you to the nearest toilets.
- We welcome guide dogs at the Fawkes Festival and kindly ask that all guide dogs entering the event are wearing a harness with visible tags identifying them as guide dogs. Please be mindful that this is a fireworks event, which can be noisy and potentially unsettling for animals. We encourage all attendees to take care and ensure the comfort and safety of their guide dogs throughout the festival.
- We offer essential companion tickets free of charge at Fawkes Festival; however, please note that these tickets are limited in number. Therefore, you must be able to provide proof that you require an essential companion in order to qualify for this ticket.
- Please be aware that the Fawkes Festival features fireworks, live performances, and laser displays. Throughout the evening, there will be loud noises, flashing lights, and sudden bangs. These effects are an integral part of the event and may be intense or startling for some attendees, including children and pets. We recommend taking any necessary precautions to ensure your comfort and safety during the festival.
