The concert arena at the Royal Hospital Chelsea has a good level of accessibility. The paths and roads at the entrances are well surfaced and there are ramps between levels. Accessible toilets will be located on the South Terrace. Access into the arena is no further than 500m from the gate. Seated tickets will be available for ambulant disabled customers and there will be a wheelchair user area separate to the main seating blocks. Please make sure you book your wheelchair user space in advance. There will be limited space available and once it is full, we will not be able to let any further customers on it. Companion tickets will also be available for customers requiring assistance.
