Access guidance
- There is level access to the building with lift facilities to all levels. An accessible toilet is available on all 3 levels. There are also stairs into and out of the show space.
- Service Animals are welcome at Lightroom and can be taken into the showspace. Please note, due to the enviroment of our shows, we cannot allow emotional support animals into the show space.
- At Lightroom we use the Loh Humm Hearing amplification system. We have 2 of these devices on site. Devices can be used by customers free of charge. These devices can be used via bluetooth, headset to T-Loop necklace. All of our shows are sub/surtitled. Transcript as are also available.
- We offer ear defenders for babies, children, and adults to use during their visit. Ear defenders are available upon request and are subject to availability. We also have an assisted listening system available upon request.
