Access guidance
- We have wheelchair spaces and level access to the stalls and the Box Office. To the right of the main entrance, a push bell on the wall by the steps alerts our staff to open the fire door for access. We provide four wheelchair spaces in the stalls area with seating alongside for partners or carers. You may transfer from a wheelchair to a seat on arrival as long as in the unlikely event of an emergency you are able to exit the building without the use of a wheelchair. Bookings for wheelchair spaces are through Box Office only, and can not be purchased using our online service.
- An accessible disabled toilet is available in the stalls.
- Assistance dogs are welcome, – please advise Box Office in advance when booking tickets.
- The Essential Carer Assistance Scheme is offered to those customers who, within the scope of The Equality Act 2010* is able to help the person with a disability, by the means of mobility or guidance and to use and enjoy the services/facilities at the Majestic Theatre.
- If a patron comes to the theatre on a mobility scooter the patron needs to transfer to a suitable seat. There is limited space to 'park' it during the performance. Please discuss your specific requirements with the Box Office staff when booking tickets
