To get your essential companion ticket, you will need either an Access Card or a MCM Digital Access Pass that has the +1/+2 allocated. Once you have this, you can enter your details on the MCM Linking Form get a "Promo Code". This will enable you to book essential companion tickets online for MCM Comic Con events. Get your Promo Code here: https://app.accesscard.online/form/mcm/ HOW TO BOOK ESSENTIAL COMPANION TICKETS 1. Get your Promo Code ⦾ Enter your Access Card or MCM Digital Access Pass details (with a +1) on the MCM Linking Form. ⦾ You can select which event you are attending from the drop-down. ❗For each event you attend, you will need to get a new code from the linking form. Each code is single-use. ⦾ Once submitted, you will be given a code to use. 2. Visit the "Buy Tickets" page ⦾ Add all the paid-for tickets you need for your party to your basket. 3. Scroll down to unlock Essential Companion tickets ⦾ Look for the section that says “Essential Companion Tickets (Unlock by entering your code in the "Promo Code" box below)”. ⦾ Click "Enter Promo Code", enter your code from the MCM linking form, and click Submit. 4. Add your Essential Companion tickets ⦾ Once the code is accepted, the Essential Companion tickets will become available. ⦾ Add one Essential Companion ticket for each corresponding paid ticket, for the disabled guest, in your basket. ❗IMPORTANT: Add both ticket types to your basket. To receive the ticket(s) for your Essential Companion, you must add both the paid ticket(s) and the free Essential Companion ticket(s) to your basket. 5. Attending multiple days? ⦾ You can book all your tickets for multiple days in one go using the same promo code. 6. Checkout ⦾ At checkout, you will see both the paid and Essential Companion tickets in your basket. 7. Using your Ticket ⦾ For MCM Birmingham, you can print off your QR code at home or go entirely paperless and have it on your phone. You’ll show this to our MCM team at the show during registration. ❗You must complete the steps above to secure your tickets before arriving at the event. Ticket availability is not guaranteed, so please finalise your purchase as soon as possible to ensure you get your tickets. Access guidance
- We realise that for some, standing and waiting for long periods of time is not possible. For that reason, MCM Birmingham has dedicated queues for those requiring special assistance. Show Entry Head to hall 3 for Queue Hall and use our accessibility lane. You'll be able to pick up your wristband for the show, plus a special assistance wristband. Panels Reserved seating is available for those who need it at both the Main and Live stage on a first come first serve basis. There will be a separate queue for accessibility at the Main Stage. Photo Ops/Autographs There will be accessible queuing for special guests. Please let a member of staff, crew or steward know if you require assistance.

- The Reset Room can be found in the Organisers' Office 3A-4 (just inside the entrance to hall 3A) and is a dedicated spot for you to rest, relax and reset. Whether you're feeling anxious, overstimulated, or just need a moment by yourself, our Gaming the Mind volunteers will help you recharge and get back to enjoying the convention. They'll be happy to have a chat, provide lo-fi activities to help you unwind, or even supply further information on managing your mental health. If you feel like you, or someone you're with, requires emergency medical assistance whilst at the show, please don't hesitate to alert a staff member or visit the Organiser's Office, who'll be able to get you the help you need. Remember, you're not in this alone!
