Access guidance
- For people that may have trouble standing or queuing we offer fast track admission particularly for those in wheelchairs. We would also offer chairs for those that needed it.
- We offer separate viewing areas for those in wheelchairs. We also have disabled wash facilities. We operate a separate entrance for disabled supporters. We also have a large amount of parking spaces available to blue badge holders on a first come first served basis.
- Majority have access to disabled parking spaces that are a short journey to their seats. Most wheelchair users if they have parked in a parking space will have a less than 100 metre journey to their seat. Those with mobility issues have access to lifts to get to upper floors where required.
- Stadium concourses have an average of two accessible toilets per section, with RADAR keys being held by stewards. Stewards are briefed to be mindful of hidden disabilities.
- We do not have specific facilities for assistance dogs however we deal with on a case by case basis. We do have dog bowls and treats available, there are grassed areas close by to allow for exercising dogs.
- All disabled supporters where appropriate are entitled to a carers ticket free of charge.
- We have commentary headsets available supplied by radio cherwell when required.
