Access guidance
- Queues are common at the Bar and Box Office, but staff are happy to assist patrons. There is limited seating front of house.
- There is ramp access into the building and a lift to all floors including the accessible box. The Stalls are step-free with a slight slope. There are stairs in the main part of the Circle. 8 spaces in the Stalls can be converted for wheelchairs, please contact Box Office by phone or email to arrange this.
- All facilities within the Theatre are a short distance from the two performance spaces. Blue Badge holders can park opposite the Theatre in one of five marked bays, first come first served. Other pay and display parking is a 5 minute step-free walk away.
- Accessible toilets are available on all levels close to the main auditorium.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- A complimentary essential companion ticket is available for most productions, where the Access Card holder would be visiting alone and a financial disadvantage would be found. For bookings in larger or family groups this does not apply.
- Due to the Theatre's resources visual information is not available in tactile forms. Large print information can be arranged with notice.
- For most performances a hearing loop is enabled in the main auditorium, as well as at the Box Office.
- Front of House stewards and other staff are happy to help with any other requirements.
