Access Card notes
We will always offer plus one for Access Card holders, we accommodate people who can't queue by either have a disabled access point or by offering seating while they wait to enter if it's a timed event. Although we often have to have event toilets we always have at least one portable disabled toilet on site.

Access guidance
- We often have a seperate disabled access point but on timed events we offer seating to be used until time slot
- All our events at St Petrocs church, Princess Pavillion and Cornwall riding centre are all wheelchair accessible.
- All of our venues have disabled parking very close by but it is often n a first come first served basis.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer urgent access toilets but our team are always happy to help anyone in need get to the front of a queue.
- Our events vary in location so we cannot confirm all venues accommodate but St Petroc's church our main venue are accommodating as is the Cornwall Riding Centre. Both venues have grassed areas available for toileting and there is fresh water available from the bar for dogs.
- Carers are free with evidence eg an Access Card. User should purchase their own ticket and email us immediately so we can reserve carers tickets.
