Principality Stadium

This iconic stadium promises an experience as diverse as the cheers that fill it.
Access Card notes
The Access Card can be used as proof of eligibility for certain events held at the Principality Stadium. This includes the Essential Companion and access to certain areas. You will have to link your Access Registration or Access Card with your Ticketmaster account for ticket purchases. This will be outlined in the ticket purchase process.
Access guidance
- There are accessible turnstiles at every entrance gate at Principality stadium. Please speak to stewards if further assistance is required whilst in the stadium.
- All entrance gates at Principality Stadium are step free and there is level access to every wheelchair bay in the stadium but there are currently no seats in the stadium that are completely level access. The upper levels of the stadium can be reached using escalators and lifts but to enter the seating blocks there are at least 11 steps to be negotiated. – if you need to use a lift please speak to the nearest steward. Seats that are a maximum of 4 rows from level access can be found by selecting "minimal steps" in the seat attributes filter on our booking site.
- There are a few wheelchairs that are available to transport people to the entrance of their seating area, but patrons will need to make their own way from the concourse to their seats. As a city centre venue, the availability of parking at Principality Stadium is extremely limited. Where available, parking is reserved for blue badge holders only. For WRU home international fixtures, our blue badge parking spaces are allocated to the WRU Charitable Trust. Blue badge parking on match-days is available from the Cardiff Council website When planning travel and parking for an event at Principality Stadium, please be aware that road closures may be in operation and may affect your journey so please check the Principality Stadium Help centre or Cardiff Council website for further details.
- There are unisex accessible toilets available on all levels of the stadium and to prevent misuse they are operated under the radar scheme. To book seats close to these facilities please speak to our supporter services team or select "close to toilets" in the seat attributes filter online.
- Assistance dogs are welcome at Principality Stadium. If you would like to bring and assistance dog please contact us so we can make appropriate arrangements for your dog to be accommodated during the event.
- Should you qualify for essential companion tickets Principality stadium will normally provide these free of charge.
- For most events we will designate a number of seats as "close to the action" for people with visual impairments. To book these tickets please speak to our supporter services team or select "Close to the action" in the seat attributes filter online.
- BSL- interpreted performances are available for concerts at Principality Stadium. Please see our help centre for details on how to book these tickets.
- If you have any medical requirements, please contact our Supporter Service team in advance of your visit. Our Accessible stewarding team are available at each Gate and can be identified by their white tabards. Our food and beverage policy does not allow food and drink to be brought into the Stadium. However we can make allowances in exceptional circumstances. If you have specific dietary requirements please contact our Supporter Services Team in advance of your visit for further advice.
