Access guidance
- The main access to the auditorium is via two staircases, however we do have ground level access to the auditorium for wheelchair and restricted mobility users. To access this please ask a member of staff at the Box Office upon arrival to the theatre.
- Wheelchair users are accommodated in a designated easy access area within the auditorium. We can have up to 2 wheelchair users spaces per performance these are located in the front row on the left hand side. Additional seating is provided next to these spaces for a companion. The use of motorised mobility scooters in the Theatre are welcome but may pose a hazard. Please contact the Box Office via to booking to ensure your mobility scooter will fit.
- A easy access toilet is located within the foyer of the theatre, Wheelchair access is via the front of the theatre
- Assistance dogs are promoted, however this needs to be arranged prior to your visit, please contact the box office team before booking tickets.
- We can only offer one career seat per booking.
- Unfortunately, we don't have a hearing loop, however this is something we are working on for the future.
