Royal Windsor Horse Show is back in its usual slot for 2025 – taking place from 15th to 18th May. Alongside the top-class equestrian competition in Jumping, Driving and Endurance, and the 120-plus Showing classes, visitors can enjoy plenty of other entertainment and more than 170 shops to browse.

Access guidance
- General Entry Tickets: The Castle Arena has a wheelchair platform and accessible seating areas for Disabled General Entry ticket holders Castle Stand Tickets: The Castle Stand has a wheelchair platform for use by ticket holders and there is accessible seating available. Royal Windsor Horse Show Members: The Royal Windsor Horse Show Club and lawn are wheelchair accessible. The other arenas – Copper Horse, Frogmore and Adelaide – all have ringside viewing suitable for wheelchairs as well as some limited unreserved seating.
- Toilets and access toilet facilities are available across the Showground. Baby-changing facilities can be found in the access toilets. We also provide a facility with an electric hoist, adult-sized changing bench, toilet and wash basin which enables all disabled children and adults to use the toilet or be changed with dignity and respect.
- We regret that dogs and pets are not allowed on the Showground. However, we do welcome all correctly trained guide and assistance dogs. Whilst we understand that it is not a legal requirement for assistance dog owners to carry identification, we encourage the owners to bring their dogs wearing an item that identifies them as an assistance dog (a harness, coat or collar) and, if possible, the owner should also bring any supporting printed material.
- All Accessible tickets include free access for a personal assistant, if you are booking a non-wheelchair platform ticket please make sure you have also added your carer ticket to your basket.
