Access guidance
- Please contact the venue in advance and we will try accommodate your needs.
- Lift to events floor, ramps throughout building, single level floor
- If you have access requirements, then we ask that you aim to arrive half an hour before the performance start time to ensure easy access to your seats.
- There are accessible toilets on each floor, at present plans are in place to install a Changing Place facility by early 2026.
- Assistance dogs permitted, preferably phone or e mail in advance so the venue is aware and can accommodate better.
- Carers tickets will be available for anyone who needs to accompany a customer with a disability. We only accept an access card with a + symbol to receive a carer companion ticket. For more information, please contact Box Office.
- We will be using Sennheiser Mobile Connect which is an app that can be downloaded to your own phone, and you can bring your own headphones if you choose. Click here for more details about the system. If you don't have a smartphone or need to borrow some headphones then just let us know. (we are hoping to have funding to do this by the end of 2025).
- Booking Tickets Please inform the Box Office of any access needs when you book. The box office number is 07741304356. If you are a wheelchair user, you will need to contact Box Office to book your ticket so we can accommodate you plus a carer if needed.
