Access guidance
- During some shows (ususally with more than 100 tickets sold) a queuing system for the bar is used. There is limited queuing time for entrance to the main auditorium. Sometimes a show or event is sold as a part seating/part standing event. This will be clear on the event page on the website.
- Our main entrance from St Nicholas Street has step-free access to our Box Office, the café and bar, the gallery, accessible toilet and into the main auditorium. We have seating on the flat which is the stalls area.
- There is no parking at The Corn Hall Diss. You can be dropped off at the front of The Corn Hall Diss on St Nicholas Street. There is a short walk of 25 metres up the drive to our main entrance into the box office and foyer area. There is one disabled parking bay located on St Nicholas Street, close to The Corn Hall Diss, however, there is no guarantee this will be available.
- We have an accessible toilet in the box office and foyer area as well as a further accessible toilet on the first floor. Female and Male toilets are available, but these are up 3 steps. The accessible toilet in the foyer is about 20 metres from inside the main auditorium.
- All dogs are welcome at The Corn Hall Diss during daytime opening hours. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of The Corn Hall Diss, if you are attending an event, please contact us prior to arrival so we can ensure that you have enough space for you and your dog.
- If you are registered carer, or if you are an Essential Companion for someone who requires personal assistance throughout the duration of their visit and would otherwise not be able to attend The Corn Hall Diss on their own, we are happy to offer you a reduced Essential Companion ticket.
