Book accessible tickets online. Receive information relating to upcoming Access Performances. Take up any available Access price offers. For eligible customers, book Personal Assistant tickets.
Access guidance
- Early or later access can be provided to those who are unable to stand or queue for long periods. Seating is also available around the building.
- Ramp access to the front of the building Wheelchair spaces within the theatre and cinema 3 lifts available to ensure wheelchair access to all parts of the building Disabled parking bays
- Drop off spaces at the front of the building Spare wheelchairs
- Toilets are available for customer use
- Assistance dogs are welcome at The Customs House There is a grassed area to the front of the building Water bowls are provided in Bella's Bar-Bistro
- Access Card holders who require a Personal Assistant to visit The Customs House are eligible for a free Personal Assistant ticket to performances in the theatre or screenings in our cinema.
- Large print is available on request
- We offer Audio Described and BSL performances of our annual Pantomime and aim to offer these services at other theatre performances throughout the year. Subtitled screenings take place in our cinema
- We also offer relaxed performances.
