We are a modern, fully-accessible venue with level access to all of our facilities including our venue and The Engine Room bar and restaurant. We accept the Access card, which allows access to online booking for wheelchair positions or free essential carer tickets and our friendly staff will be happy to speak to you about any requirements you have. Access guidance
- We have a range of seating available in all of our public areas. If you are unable to stand or queue, please speak to a member of staff, who will be able to accommodate your needs.
- All of our facilities have level access from the street and lift access to the upper floor. Access card holders can book wheelchair positions online.
- We have accessible toilets in all areas of our venue - in the bar, at Ticket Office and in the venue.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas - we have a water bowl available at the front of the venue and can provide additional water on request.
- We offer a free essential essential companion ticket for customers who require assistance - Access Card holders can book these tickets online.
