Access guidance
- Our staff are happy to discuss individual access needs - just email or call us. We will ensure you don't need to queue and invite you to our cafe bar where you can sit whilst you wait for the show to start. Our auditorium has double width entry doors from the street and flexible seating which can accommodate all types of accessibility vehicles and chairs.
- Whilst there is some uneven ground in places there are direct level access routes to the theatre and there is a modern lift to the first floor.
- The venue is small and there are no long distances to get from one part of the venue to another.
- The access toilet is located close to the auditorium. Staff will be happy to help with doors. Please feel free to speak to us before or during your visit.
- There is an outside area where assistance dogs can toilet and our staff have water bowls on hand. We are a dog friendly venue.
- A companion of access users will receive free entry.
- We don't have alternate formats by default but will do our best to make them available on request.
- Some performances are signed and these are indicated on our website where available.
- We not only produce live performances but also stream productions live and for on demand viewing later for those who cannot or prefer not to visit our premises.
