Overview
Nottingham City Leisure Centre's welcome all customers and have an extensive range of facilities and activities to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. We aim to provide the highest possible standards of service to all our customers and we are happy to show anyone around who would like to come and see a facility, to resolve any potential issues or concerns they may have in advance of their visit. All of our leisure centre's are accredited facilities and have been verified as being an accessible venue for disabled people by CredAbility – an independent quality mark run by disabled people.

Access Card notes
Access Card holders with +1 gain free access for essential companions. Nottingham CityCard holders also enjoy an additional discount on their own entry. The Access Card can be used as evidence to qualify for a CityCard
Access guidance
- If queues become an issue for you or any member of your party please make your needs known to a member of our team either on arrival or in advance of your visit and they will make arrangements for you to get quick and easy access.
- There are accessible parking bays at the main entrance and the centre has level access throughout.
- Car Parking facilities are found at the entrance to the centre and there are only very short distances involved from one area to another within the centre.
- Changing and toilet facilities are located on both the ground & first floor of the centre. There is a ground floor Changing Places disabled changing room, with toilet & accessible shower with drop down seat and grab rails. Emergency pull cords that are linked to the alert system at reception. The first floor has its own separate toilet & shower facility for accessible purposes. There is also an accessible toilet & shower room across from the health suite. There is also a wide cubicle in the ground floor toilets with grab rails.
- Carers or essential companions are invited to support a customer with a disability or special requirements free of charge, when taking part in any Leisure centre activity. Access card holders with +1 gain automatic free entry for a companion.
- Written information can be made available in alternative formats on request. Staff are available on site to provide support to customers who might have difficulty accessing visual information. If you have a specific need you would like support with feel free to get in touch with the team at any time before you visit to make them aware.
- A loop system is installed in the reception area and protable induction loops can be made available to all classes on request. Telephone enquiries can be made using the typetalk prefix 18007
- An accessible taxi service is available from Central cars who can be contacted from reception, please ask for more details. All of the centre staff are available and happy to assist with access requests, please ask at reception on arrival or during prior to your visit.
