Access guidance
- Warner Bros. Movie World has attractions that are accessible via wheelchair. In order to maximise time and enjoyment, ride and attractions guidelines are provided for guests with disabilities, medical conditions, and injuries. Guests should visit Guest Services before presenting to our rides and attractions to discuss rider suitability in accordance with the ride/attraction manufacturer’s guidelines for safety. These standards and safety systems require all guests to meet the rider requirements, such as such as ensuring the restraint systems are secured, maintain the rider position, and safely navigate stairwells and pathways. Following a conversation with Guest Services, a communication wristband will be supplied to avoid any inconvenience or disruption to your day. Some attractions offer viewing areas accessible via wheelchair, such as DC Rivals HyperCoaster, Green Lantern, Batwing Spaceshot, Superman Escape, Wild West Falls, Road Runner Rollercoaster, Junior Driving School and Doomsday Destroyer. All Food and Beverage outlets and Retail shops are accessible by wheelchair.

- Assistance animals are welcome; however, for safety reasons they are not permitted to ride attractions. Assistance animals must be on a lead, not left unattended and wear vests that identify their role. Guests with an assistance animal may be asked to provide evidence that their animal is an assistance animal. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may restrict entry. Evidence Requirements: Accredited Assistance animals Guide, Hearing and Assistance dog identity card or valid application notice, Translink Assistance Animal pass or interstate equivalent. We also have the right to restrict entry to any animals, where it is reasonably necessary to protect public health or the health of other animals in our care.
