Access guidance
- Manual Wheelchairs and Motorised Scooters are available to hire on the day or can be booked ahead of your visit no more than 24 hours of prior. A £10 deposit is required in order to hire out our equipment and we need to take basic details for the booking system. All Mobility equipment must be returned to our desk 30 mins before we close at 9pm. Please call our Shopmobility desk on 020 3371 2678.
- Our accessible bathrooms require a RADAR key. Customers will need to bring their own RADAR key to access the disabled bathrooms within Westfield London. Should a RADAR key be required Westfield recommend they contact their local authority who will be able to advise on the nearest supplier.
- Our Guest Services team are happy to assist visually-impaired customers during their visit to Westfield London – all you need to do is pre book an appointment prior to your arrival and our team will be happy to assist you from our desk near Starbucks on the Ground Floor. Please note if you haven’t pre-booked, we may not be able to offer you this service on the day. Please call our Shopmobility desk on 020 3371 2678 to arrange ahead of your visit. Upon your visit, our staff will accompany you to your chosen destination within Westfield and leave you in the capable hands of a customer assistant at the store of your choice, before picking you up from there once you've finished shopping.
