Overview
The Wimbledon Championships, commonly called Wimbledon is a tennis tournament organised by the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in collaboration with the Lawn Tennis Association annually in Wimbledon, London. It is chronologically the third of the four Grand Slam tennis events each year, held after the Australian Open and the French Open and before the US Open. It is the oldest tennis tournament in the world and is widely regarded as the most prestigious.

Access guidance
- The Accessibility Services kiosk is located outside the Centre Court South West Hall. We offer a dedicated Accessibility Team who are able to support guests with physical or hidden disabilities. The team are based at the Accessibility Services kiosk and can answer access questions you might have. You can also collect access resources here
- Unfortunately we do not offer a wheelchair hire or pushing service at our grounds
- Accessible toilets are located throughout the Grounds and are illustrated on the accessible map signifying left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) transfer. There are two Changing Places facilities on site. They are located adjacent to Court 18 on St Mary’s Walk and in the Southern Village, south of No.2 Court.
- Certified Assistance Dogs that are trained by members of Assistance Dogs (UK) are welcomed to the Grounds and the Show Courts. The top of The Hill has a dedicated spending area. Unfortunately, we do not currently allow Emotional Support Animals into the Grounds. This may change in the future once UK law recognises them.
- A Large Print Accessibility Guide, including a Large Print map, is available to download at the top of this page, or you can collect one from the Accessibility Services kiosk. Induction Loops There are Induction Loops located at key points around the Grounds, illustrated on the accessible map.
- Amex Radios provide live broadcast updates of action during The Championships and are available at programme kiosks around the Grounds. Guests with visual impairments can collect an Amex Radio free of charge from the Accessibility Services kiosk.
