Overview
The Connaught foyer serves for customers wanting to access both the Connaught and Studio. Here you will find the box office, refreshment kiosk and staff will be on hand to offer guidance and answer any questions. There is a separate entrance to the Connaught Studio.

Access guidance
- Please speak to a member of our team if you require assistance during your visit.
- There is level access to the foyer, box office and kiosk. A lift measuring can be used to access the bar and studio. The width of the door to the lift is 32 inches and requires the user to make a tight turn once inside.
- There are disabled parking bays at Union Place, Chapel road and in the NCP car park. A drop off space is located directly outside the main entrance to the Connaught
- An accessible toilet can be found at the back of the balcony in the Connaught, It is recommended to book seats in the balcony for easy access to this toilet. An accessible toilet can be found in the Studio foyer. It is recommended you book tickets in the stalls for ease of access to this toilet.
- Assistance dogs are welcome, designated seating areas will be allocated to safely accommodate you and your dog.
- Free tickets are available for those who require an essential companion
- Induction loops are in use in the box office, kiosk and bar. Hearing assistance for film and live performances can be accessed using headphones and the Seinheiser Mobile Connect app on your smart device. Headphones and handsets with the app are available to borrow from the venue also.
