- If you are unable to stand or queue for extended periods of time, we can offer priority check-in and priority access to our adventures during your allocated booking time. Please present your Access card to a staff member on reception and our team will be happy to assist.
- Not all our locations have level access across the site itself or to and from the adventures. We recommend you contact us so we can recommend the best site and adventure for you while considering your additional needs.
- All our locations offer disabled parking spaces labelled accordingly, located as close to the site entrance as possible. If you require further assistance or help when you arrive, please get in touch and we will be happy to make any arrangements for you.
- All our sites offer accessible toilet facilities expect our Zip World Manchester and Zip World Windermere sites which don't have toilet facilities onsite. However, they do have toilets nearby. All our disabled toilets don’t require a key to access them, they are free to use for visitors.
- All our locations are dog friendly, including the use of assistance dogs. However, due to the nature of our adventures, assistance dogs are not permitted on the adventures.
- We offer a free essential companion ticket to any Access Card holder who qualifies for compulsory assistance, shown on your card. These tickets must be pre-booked ahead of time by contacting our bookings team.
