How to: Book accessible tickets for Live At Chelsea

Accessible tickets for Live At Chelsea events, including Tom Jones – Live At Chelsea 2022, Olly Murs – Live At Chelsea 2022 and Simply Red – Live at Chelsea 2022, will be sold through The Ticket Factory and can either be booked online or over the phone (0800 640 5001).

Access Card Holders can use their Access Card Numbers to book accessible tickets with the Ticket Factory. If you don’t have an Access Card you can apply for one here. A guide on how to link your Access Card to your Ticket Factory account can be found here.

Disabled customers who do not have an Access Card can either apply for one here or apply for a free Ticket Factory Registration here. Please note: you will not receive a physical card if you apply for the free registration.
