How to: Link your Access Card to TicketMaster

At the end of 2019, Ticketmaster introduced new accessible ticketing for disabled people through their website.

In order to access this, you first have to make sure that they are actually selling access tickets for the show you want to see; for a lot of shows sales are still handled by the venues directly.

Secondly, you need to complete a short form and upload some supporting information – one choice of upload is your Access Card.

The team on the phone booking line at Ticketmaster on 0800 988 4440 all have access to check your Access Card remotely but you can now also upload a copy to link your access requirements into their system for future bookings.

The general access information on the website gives an overview of the policy on access ticketshttps://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us/categories/360001728734-Accessibility
