We’re pleased to welcome the latest venue to accept the Access Card: The O2.
Adam Wilson, Customer Relations Manager at The O2 describes their approach to using the card as a tool to make booking easier for customers:
The majority of people who book accessibility tickets do so via the phone.
Being able to validate the card – and more importantly see what access the user requires will hopefully make that process easier.
Letting the agent know what access is required by the guest will enable the team to make better suggestions and also hopefully allow the guest to feel that they don’t have to explain everything every time they call.
