- We have a step free entrance to our venue on Great Newport Street. Our Main Box office is street level so please arrive here and we will take you to the step free point. Once you've arrived in the auditorium, we have an accessible toilet on this level which is unisex.
- We have ladies and men's toilets on the basement level Ladies toilets have four cubicles Men's toilets have 2 urinals and 2 cubicles Our unisex toilet is on the 1st floor next to the dress circle Our unisex toilet is also accessible.
- Guide dogs are permitted in our venue For comfort, we recommend booking an aisle seat Dogs can remain in the auditorium, or our staff may look after them Advance booking is recommended
- Customers with access requirements who require continuous support throughout their visit to be able to attend may obtain a companion ticket at no additional cost. The personal assistant or companion must be at least 16 years of age, and a companion aged 16 or 17 is not permitted to supervise anyone aged 15 or under.
- The Arts Theatre is not currently equipped with a hearing loop system.
