Access guidance
- Ashton Gate offers step-free access from approach roads through to all wheelchair user and accessible seating areas. All our turnstiles contain a larger accessible gated entrance. If you need any assistance accessing the stadium on a matchday, please inform a nearby steward and they will be happy to assist.
- Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium, fitted with emergency pull cords and some with RADAR key access. These are located close to accessible seating and hospitality areas. Within every main toilet block there are also ambulant toilets. Although we do not currently have a Changing Places facility, in our accessible toilet located outside A8, we have a height adjustable changing bed. This toilet is not RADAR key accessed. Most of our accessible toilets have been adapted to be Stoma Friendly. These can be identified by the Colostomy UK “Not all disabilities are visible” Sticker. If you require any additional assistance, please inform one of the nearby stewards on matchday who will be happy to assist. Stewards and staff can assist with directions to toilets on matchdays, with accessibility stewards keeping RADAR keys with them for access if required.
- Assistance dogs are welcome (please notify the club in advance so we can ensure we identify the most suitable location and support for you and your dog)
