Members of the ATG Access Membership scheme can book accessible seats and services online, by phone or in person at any of our box offices. To register simply complete our online registration form or contact our dedicated access assistance line on 0333 009 5399. You will be asked to provide your first and surname as well as your Access Card number. Once registered your account can be activated to enable online booking.

Access guidance
- Our main doors open 90mins before the performance starts, which is 1 hour before the auditorium doors open. There is limited seating in the foyer area so we recommend either arriving early to grab a seat or arrive after the auditorium doors open so you can take your booked seat straight away. There may be a queue outside the front doors, if you have difficulty standing or queueing please look for the 'Priority Access' sign by one of the side doors, there may be a short wait for a team member to open this door for you. We also offer a seat-delivery service for food & drink so you don't have to stand in line at our bars - download the ATG Tickets app or scan the QR codes in the foyer areas.

Please speak to a member of staff if you are feeling overwhelmed and we can assist in finding you somewhere quieter to calm down. - There are eight wheelchair positions with companion seats, six in the stalls and two in Circle 1. Additional wheelchair positions are available in Circle 1 for gigs or other performances where the audience may stand throughout the performance that offer a clearer view without being blocked by other people.

- We have men's, women's, and gender-neutral accessible toilets on every level of the theatre. On the Stalls level the men's and accessible toilets are on the right-hand side, the women's are on the left-hand side. On the Circle 1 level the men's, women's and accessible toilets are on the right-hand side. On the Circle 2 level the women's and accessible toilets are on the right-hand side, the men's are on the left-hand side. For the Norman Bragg Studio the men's, women's and accessible toilets are on the left-hand side.
- Assistance dogs are welcome in our venues. Our staff can look after your dog during the performance, or we can arrange suitable seats with space for your dog to remain with you. For the welfare of the animal, other customers and to maintain safe venue evacuation routes, dogs are only allowed within our designated seating areas.
- We offer free Personal Assistant or Essential Companion tickets, subject to proof of eligibility. This facility is available to customers who require additional support or assistance as a result of a disability or long-term health condition, as defined by the Equality Act (2010). By accepting this ticket your companion, who must be aged over 16, accepts responsibility for providing the additional support you require to access our venues and services, including in an emergency situation or evacuation and must be capable and available to provide this support throughout your visit.
- We offer audio described performances throughout the season which is free for anyone to access using the Mobile Connect app on your personal mobile phone or tablet.
- All ATG venues now have a Wi-Fi based assisted listening system called Mobile Connect. The Mobile Connect amplifies the performance via your personal mobile phone or tablet. Anyone using this system will be able to hear a live feed of the performance on stage (with Audio Description if attending an Audio Described performance) through their headset or, if they wear digital hearing aids through these, from wherever they are sat throughout the auditorium when they are connected to the app. We also offer BSL Interpreted and Captioned performances throughout the season.
