Access guidance
- The event is small so queues are relatively short. Anyone with any type of access requirements can apply for an 'Accessible Car Park' pass which allows them to park centrally within the event without the requirement to queue on entry.
- Mostly flat ground. Battery charging services available. An Accessible Team on hand throughout the event to assist with information or any requirements you have.
- The event is relatively small, with one end of the site being around 400m to the other end. The Accessible Campsite is located in the middle and very close to the main stage so any distances can be kept to a minimum.
- Accessible toilets and showers provided in the Accessible Campsite, and located around site. If you make contact with info@balterfestival.com ahead of the event the Accessible Team will send you a handbook with details on the toilet locations and other useful info.
- Assistance dogs are permitted throughout the event site. Please contact info@balterfestival.com ahead of arrival on site and we will ensure to assist you with all your requirements.
